The place I'm currently keen on fits all my criteria. It's less than a 2km walk to major shops and the gym which is a must. Also there's s small group of shops and cafes within 400m.

The 2 car garage thing is a major selling point, it gives so much space to put all the crap you Accumulate but never use.

I've managed to save a bit the last few years, figuredd it's s good idea to get into it sooner rather than later. Prices faltline but don't crash because of our bankruptcy laws.

Location makes a huge difference. I don't want to spend more than 400k but I want to stay somewhere reasonably decent. A couple of suburbs away from this place most 1 bedders are going for 500 plus.
